SWFL STORM MIDDLE SCHOOL 2021 SEASON REGISTRATION
Grades 6 - 8 (Ages 12 - 14)
Registration deadline December 20th ($100 late Fee)
Season Dates: January 11, 2021 - April 17, 2021
Season ending B-B-Q scheduled for Sunday, April 18th
$200 per player / 20% sibling discount offered
All Players must have active US Lacrosse Membership (prompts to purchase during registration $30) and must have stick, mouthguard, goggles and cleats. Players can also choose to wear an approved helmet rather than goggles. Uniforms provided as part of registration at no additional charge.
Practices scheduled for Mondays @ Wa-Ke Hatchee Park & Thursdays @ Three Oaks Park.
Games Tentatively planned for Saturdays/Sundays.
Players will be expected to attend all practices and must notify coach if planning to miss practice for any reason.
**We understand that there are concerns about COVID. If for any reason the county closes parks/fields prior to December 15th we will refund 100% of registration costs. After December 15th, uniforms will be ordered so uniform costs will be deducted from refund amount and uniform provided to player.
Teams/Coaches will do their best to maintain safe distancing during practices
